The meticulous design, down to the smallest detais of the new building and each of the 13 apartmens at Bernstein 12, was entrusted to architect Adar Saker who holds a Bachelor's degree in architecture from Bezalel University and Master's degree in urban design from Harvard University.
Saker is a winner of the Rechter Prize for Planning in 2005 and founder of the firm Urban Ptatform. For the past 15 years, Adar Saker has planned and led a large number of urban renewal projects and processes in Tel Aviv.

Guy Sever
Sever holds a Bachalor's degree in Business Administration and Finance from Reichman University.
One of the managers of the Construction Accompaniment, Financing and Guarantees Department at Howden Israel company, which has accompanied dozens of renewal projets across the country.
Or Aharonowitz
Aharonowitz holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration and Master's degree in Law from Reichman University. Together with Guy, he managed the Construction Accompaniment, Financing and Guarantees Department on a scope of billions of shekels - at Howden Israel.
Eilon Raz Zagury
Zagury is an attorney with expertise in real eastate. He has extensive experience in managing, initiating and improving large-scale residental, hotel sector, commercial and office real estate in Israel and in the UK. Zagury is a partner at United Partners.
